At Fundeloria we believe that honest information begins with honest handling of personal data. This policy describes which data we collect, why we collect it and how you can influence it.
1. Who we are
The data controller is Fundeloria B.V., established in The Hague, registered under Chamber of Commerce number 84 26 19 53. For questions about your personal data you can reach us at redactie@fundeloria.com.
2. Which data we collect
We collect only what is strictly necessary: your name and email address when you sign up for our Eco newsletter, and the message you may add. In addition, and only with your consent, we collect aggregated statistics about the use of the website.
3. Purpose and legal basis
The legal basis for processing your data is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). We use your data solely to send our newsletter and, if you wish, to answer your questions.
4. Retention period
We do not keep your data longer than necessary. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every newsletter. After unsubscribing your data is deleted within 30 days.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, restriction, objection, portability and erasure. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
6. Security
We secure our systems with encryption, periodic audits and clear agreements with processors. We never share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
7. Changes
This policy may be amended when legislation or our practices require it. We inform you of significant changes through the newsletter or a notice on this page.
